Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising Manager in the construction and development of seasonal assortments for the women's collection.
  • Collect, clean and analyse sales and market data to inform assortment and buying decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarising performance, trends and product-level recommendations.
  • Monitor SKU performance, pricing and inventory metrics to support allocation and replenishment decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, production and sales teams to ensure alignment between assortment strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to trend research and competitive benchmarking to support seasonal planning.

Qualifications

  • Degree or current studies in Economics, Fashion Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Strong interest in fashion and the luxury sector, with a focus on womenswear.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent Italian and good command of English; French is a plus.
  • Availability to start in September and to work full‑time on-site in Milan.
