Emilio Pucci is seeking a full-time Logistics Intern for a stage placement in its Industrial Activities area, within the Logistics team, supervised by the Logistic Coordinator. The role supports domestic and international distribution, logistics partners, B2B service, ERP/WMS data integration, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement of logistics and safety procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support national and international shipments for retail, wholesale, franchising, and marketing channels, including promotional materials and samples, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Liaise with express couriers and road carriers to monitor delivery status and tracking and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with external logistics providers and outsourced warehouses, monitoring order preparation and stock movements.
- Help verify the correct integration of logistics data within company systems.
- Communicate with B2B clients, showrooms, agents, and franchise partners to maintain a high level of service and timely information flow.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support operational activities and corrective actions to maintain smooth logistics flows and improve safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, economics, or management, with a strong interest in the fashion sector.
- Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with digital tools and management/ERP software.
- Knowledge of STELTH 3000 is a plus.

- Good analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
- Interest in fashion, luxury, and retail/wholesale dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and transport principles is desirable.
- Previous experience or thesis/internship projects focused on supply chain or the fashion/luxury sector are desirable.
