Role & Responsibilities

  • Support publication of job adverts across internal and external recruiting channels.
  • Assist the HR team in end-to-end selection processes, including scheduling and coordinating individual and group interviews.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel registers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and manage administrative HR documentation such as onboarding forms, contracts and routine reporting.
  • Contribute to preparation and dissemination of internal communications for HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree or enrolment in a degree programme in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Work/Organisational Psychology or related fields.
  • Demonstrated strong interest in Human Resources and people processes.
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling personnel information.
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting; comfortable with common IT tools. Italian and English required; French is a plus.

Experience
