Role & Responsibilities
- Support publication of job adverts across internal and external recruiting channels.
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end selection processes, including scheduling and coordinating individual and group interviews.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel registers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and manage administrative HR documentation such as onboarding forms, contracts and routine reporting.
- Contribute to preparation and dissemination of internal communications for HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Degree or enrolment in a degree programme in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Work/Organisational Psychology or related fields.
- Demonstrated strong interest in Human Resources and people processes.
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling personnel information.
- Proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting; comfortable with common IT tools. Italian and English required; French is a plus.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for current students or recent graduates with limited or no prior professional HR experience. The role is an educational internship under the supervision of the HR Manager.
Education
University degree or current enrolment in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Work/Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 750 per month.
