Role & Responsibilities
- Support publication of job adverts across recruiting channels and assist with candidate sourcing activities.
- Assist the HR team in selection processes, including organisation and coordination of individual and group interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support administrative HR tasks: preparation and management of hiring documentation, contracts and HR reporting.
- Contribute to internal communications related to new HR initiatives and organisational updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Work/Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong interest in Human Resources with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Good command of Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with general office IT tools and reporting activities.
