Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather inspiration and key themes from new collections in collaboration with Collection merchandising and style teams throughout the development cycle to design and develop training tools
  • Develop and produce engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, videos, and digital content for retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing communication audiences
  • Translate collection inspirations into compelling narratives and comprehensive training programs for retail staff, ensuring deep understanding of new collections, product features, and selling techniques
  • Conduct monthly focus training sessions for sales associates
  • Maintain regular exchanges with sales associates regarding ongoing development and feedback
  • Digitalize and publish training tools in the mobile learning application
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of all training content
  • Continuously update and refine existing training materials based on feedback and evolving collection needs
