Emilio Pucci Collection Trainer in Milan: develop training content for luxury collections. Full-time, €45,000–€50,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather inspiration and key themes from new collections in partnership with merchandising and style teams throughout collection development cycles
- Develop and produce engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, videos, and digital content for diverse audiences across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing communications
- Translate collection inspirations into compelling narratives and comprehensive training programs ensuring retail staff possess deep product knowledge and effective selling techniques
- Deliver monthly focused training sessions for sales associates and conduct regular feedback exchanges on their development needs
- Digitalize and publish training tools within the mobile learning application platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy and consistency across all training content
- Continuously update and refine existing training materials based on feedback and evolving collection requirements
