Role & Responsibilities
- Process luxury retail sales in a confident and professional manner
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty
- Contribute to successful commercial results and store performance targets
- Apply advanced cross-selling techniques and product knowledge
- Create distinctive and memorable in-store experiences aligned with brand values
- Master comprehensive product and brand knowledge across luxury categories
- Communicate fluently in English and develop Mandarin language competency
- Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service standards
Qualifications
- Italian Laurea Triennale (three-year university degree) or equivalent qualification
- C1 level fluency in both Italian and English
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury aesthetics and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of an additional language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, or Arabic preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for luxury retail and client engagement

Education
Italian Laurea Triennale (three-year university degree) or equivalent international qualification required.
