Emilio Pucci seeks an Assistant Merchandiser intern in Milan to support collection planning, sales analysis, and pricing strategies in this 6-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cooperate in the definition of seasonal collection plans, both numerical and quantitative
- Work closely with the product office and studio design during collection development
- Analyze and report on sales by market, channel (retail and wholesale), product category, and other dimensions
- Monitor weekly sell-through reports for retail and department stores
- Identify market and area needs for retail and wholesale channels
- Execute all stages of pre-editing and collection editing activities
- Support pricing strategy and activities
- Collaborate with retail teams to identify creative and innovative approaches to increase sales
- Conduct seasonal price comparisons to ensure market competitiveness and support pricing of new products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical aptitude with passion for luxury products and data-driven decision making
- Flexible and open-minded approach with ability to thrive in dynamic environments
