Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new OEM and distributor business for ultra-low-power ICs.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts through regular engagement, technical positioning and commercial negotiation.
- Own the sales pipeline: qualify opportunities, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and close contracts.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and applications engineering to align product roadmaps, provide customer feedback and support technical evaluations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, report market intelligence and adapt commercial plans based on competitive and industry trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure effective handover to operations and customer support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or business; advanced degree preferred.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating technical contracts and managing complex sales cycles.

Education
