EM Microelectronic seeks an IC Front-End Manufacturing Manager in Marin, Switzerland for weekend-schedule production operations leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise front-end IC manufacturing operations and coordinate daily production activities
- Monitor wafer fabrication processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Manage manufacturing equipment and optimize process parameters for yield improvement
- Lead and mentor front-end production team members
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot process deviations
- Maintain compliance with ISO and semiconductor industry regulatory requirements
- Report production metrics and performance data to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in semiconductor or advanced electronics manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of wafer fabrication processes and front-end IC production

Experience
