EM Microelectronic seeks a Business Unit Leader to drive RFID strategic growth and profitability in Marin, Switzerland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic roadmap for the RFID Business Unit to drive sustainable growth and market expansion
- Lead P&L performance and accountability for the RFID division, establishing financial targets and operational discipline
- Develop and nurture strategic customer relationships and partnerships across key verticals and geographies
- Oversee product strategy, innovation pipeline, and technology differentiation to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams spanning sales, engineering, product management, and operations
- Drive market adoption of RFID solutions through thought leadership, industry engagement, and ecosystem development
Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in semiconductor, IoT, or related technology industries
- Demonstrated success building and scaling business units or divisions to significant revenue scale

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
