Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the commercial expansion strategy for Em Microelectronic’s electronic modules across the DACH region, identifying priority verticals and accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong direct customer relationships with OEMs, systems integrators and enterprise users; conduct in‑field meetings, technical briefings and executive‑level negotiations.
  • Translate customer requirements into product opportunities; collaborate with product management and R&D to define module specifications, demos and roadmaps.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, solution proposals, pricing, contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Establish and manage distribution and channel partnerships to accelerate market reach and fulfilment in targeted territories.
  • Create and deliver technical sales collateral, proofs of concept and pilot programmes to demonstrate Bluetooth® Low Energy and ultra‑low‑power use cases.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends; provide market intelligence and sales forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B business development or technical sales within semiconductors, wireless modules, IoT or related electronics sectors.
  • Strong technical literacy with experience selling Bluetooth® Low Energy, RF/wireless modules or ultra‑low‑power connectivity solutions; able to engage at both technical and commercial levels.
  • Demonstrated success in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), including direct account cultivation and channel development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a history of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals and managing long sales cycles.
