Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Penhaligon's and Dries Van Noten at the Oberpollinger boutique corner, delivering an elevated, brand-faithful client experience.
- Drive sales through personalised consultations, product demonstrations and tailored recommendations for fragrances and fashion accessories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using clienteling techniques to generate repeat business and grow a loyal customer base.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand displays are impeccably maintained and refreshed according to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, receipt and rotation; keep accurate sales and inventory records and assist with stocktakes.
- Collaborate with store management and regional brand teams on promotions, launch events and in-store activations.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, gift wrapping and standard retail administration while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fragrance or fashion sales, preferably within department stores.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Strong presentation and consultation skills with the ability to translate product knowledge into persuasive recommendations.
- Professional demeanour, polished appearance and an impeccable understanding of luxury brand standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; willingness to participate in special events and launches.

Experience
At least 2 years' direct experience in luxury retail, cosmetics/perfume or designer fashion within a department store or boutique setting, with demonstrated sales results and client development skills.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, cosmetics, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
