Puig seeks a Brand Ambassador for Penhaligon's, Dries Van Noten & L'Artisan Parfumeur at KaDeWe, Berlin. Permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Penhaligon's, Dries Van Noten and L'Artisan Parfumeur at the KaDeWe boutique, delivering exemplary luxury client service and brand storytelling.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative fragrance and beauty consultations, sampling and gifting recommendations.
- Develop and maintain personalised client relationships (clienteling), including follow-up, appointment management and CRM updates to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Convey in-depth product knowledge across fragrance families, notes and brand narratives; train and coach temporary staff and colleagues on brand standards as required.
- Execute visual merchandising, maintain presentation standards, and ensure stock integrity through accurate receiving, replenishment and basic inventory controls.
- Support in-store events, launches and VIP experiences, collaborating with the retail management and brand teams to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and ensure compliance with luxury retail policies and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury retail, fragrance or premium beauty sales, preferably within a department store or prestige boutique environment.
- Commercially driven with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills; polished personal presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Flexible schedule and availability for peak retail hours, including weekends and seasonal events; strong team orientation.
- Confidence hosting client appointments and small private events; ability to represent multiple distinct brand identities with nuance and authenticity.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail, fragrance or beauty sales, ideally within a premium department store, boutique or brand activation environment.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, cosmetics, hospitality or a related field preferred.
