Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Marketing Assistant intern in Paris to support 360° campaigns for Dr. Jart+, The Ordinary, and Origins.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the 360° launch of new products, seasonal campaigns, and flagship activations across retail, digital, media, and events
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (digital, trade, merchandising, PR) to ensure cohesive and impactful execution
- Organize consumer events at strategic retail locations within France and Benelux
- Adapt global communication materials through translation and local market adjustments
- Support digital campaign deployment and paid media initiatives in collaboration with the DCM team
- Monitor post-campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and deliver analysis reports to local, regional, and global teams
- Participate in volume forecasting and conduct profitability analysis of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to manage new product launches (NPL) and product lifecycle oversight
- Prepare and update product assortments by distributor and manage associated pricing grids
- Track sample, tester, and promotional material inventory; coordinate Supply Chain consensus meetings to secure required quantities
- Contribute to marketing budget management for samples, testers, and promotional supports
- Act as a liaison between local, regional, and global teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Participate in regional workshops and commercial cycles to share priorities and market insights
Qualifications
- Business school student (Bac+4 minimum) in a break year or final year study programme
- Minimum six months of prior marketing experience
- Strong interest in the cosmetics sector and beauty innovation
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to project management
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to synthesize campaign performance data
