Dr.Jart+ is seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making for its Korea business. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support profitable growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage monthly forecasts, estimates, R&O, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and business drivers.
- Improve financial models and planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze sales, margin, COGS, expenses, profitability, category, and channel performance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain on forecasts and business decisions.
- Evaluate promotions, pricing, inventory investments, and resource allocation.
- Recommend actions to balance growth and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and planning submissions.
- Support month-end closing, management reporting, and internal controls.
- Support inventory analysis, strategic projects, business cases, and finance process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or related functions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, Consumer Goods, or a multinational preferred.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented, and detail-focused.

Education
