Estée Lauder Companies seeks a talented Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and create engaging customer experiences across multiple prestige brands including The Ordinary, Dr.Jart+, Bumble and bumble, and Origins at leading retailers. This role combines creative expertise and customer service excellence to execute visual merchandising, manage in-store events, and drive sales through authentic brand engagement in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards to optimize brand visibility and floor impact
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and trial
- Maintain active product knowledge across brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless floor operations and exceptional customer experience during scheduled shifts
- Drive daily and event-based sales goals while representing brand values authentically
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
