Freelance beauty advisor position at an Estée Lauder Companies retail location in Portland, OR, specializing in Dr.Jart+ skincare products. The role combines customer consultation, visual merchandising execution, and in-store event support to deliver personalized beauty experiences. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations focused on Dr.Jart+ product offerings
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across assigned retail floor sections
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active product knowledge including skincare features, application techniques, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
