Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations focused on Dr.Jart+ product offerings
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across assigned retail floor sections
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active product knowledge including skincare features, application techniques, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; frequently reach, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience in customer-facing service delivery is essential.
Education
