Multi-branded freelance beauty advisor role for Estée Lauder Companies brands including Dr. Jart+, The Ordinary, NIOD, Bumble and bumble, and Origins across Ulta Beauty and Sephora locations. The advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations, executes visual merchandising, supports in-store events and product demonstrations, and drives sales through impactful customer engagement while maintaining expert product knowledge across assigned brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
• Drive sales through impactful in-store visits, events, and key focus days while consistently achieving and exceeding daily and event sales goals
• Create engaging consumer experiences and partner with store teams on brand education

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
