Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and skincare consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge of Dr. Jart+ offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift merchandise up to 25 lbs, reach and bend regularly

Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; familiarity with prestige beauty retail environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
