Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual skincare needs
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of Dr. Jart+ product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Valid proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
