This on-call freelance position offers highly skilled beauty advisors the opportunity to deliver personalized skincare and beauty consultations within a prestigious retail environment. The role combines creative expertise with technical product knowledge to educate and delight customers while executing visual merchandising displays and supporting in-store promotional events for Dr. Jart+ at an Estée Lauder Companies retail location in Denver. Flexibility to work varied retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events is essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Regularly stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
