Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for early‑talent programmes and selected corporate roles, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Coordinate campus relations and recruitment events: liaise with universities, schedule on‑campus activities and assist in employer‑branding initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, prepare interview packs and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
- Contribute to project workstreams for campus programmes and talent initiatives: track milestones, produce status reports and assist stakeholders across HR and brand teams.
- Prepare recruitment analytics and presentation materials (reports, metrics, slide decks) to inform hiring decisions and programme evaluation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Available to begin the internship in July 2026 and to commit for the full duration of the placement as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional organisation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Previous internship or academic experience in recruitment, university relations, HR administration or a related function is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
