Dr. Barbara Sturm seeks a Spa & Boutique Manager in Miami to oversee spa and retail operations, guest experience and sales for the branded boutique and treatment rooms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Miami spa and adjacent boutique, ensuring seamless integration between treatment services and retail sales.
  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists, retail advisors and hosts to deliver exceptional, brand‑standard guest experiences.
  • Drive business performance by setting and achieving sales targets, KPIs and conversion objectives for both spa treatments and product retail.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandising to optimise availability and presentation of core product lines.
  • Own scheduling, payroll controls and resource planning to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and safety regulations as well as brand SOPs for clinical treatments and product handling.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and education teams to execute store events, launches and training programmes that reinforce brand positioning.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports; contribute to budgeting and P&L management for the location.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail and spa environments, with track record of meeting sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical skincare, facial treatments and product regimens—experience with medical-grade or cosmeceutical brands preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen including inventory control, merchandising and basic P&L responsibility.
