Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for store planning, rollouts, refits and visual merchandising executions across assigned brands (e.g., Byredo, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon's, Dr. Barbara Sturm).
  • Define and maintain project timelines, milestones and resource plans; ensure on-time delivery against launch schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasting and approvals; identify and drive cost efficiencies without compromising brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including brand marketing, retail operations, procurement, creative, construction partners and external vendors.
  • Translate visual concepts into technical documentation: detailed drawings, fixture specifications, material schedules and installation instructions.
  • Oversee vendor selection, tendering, contracting and performance management for fixtures, graphics, and store fit-out services.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are implemented consistently; conduct store audits and provide corrective action plans.
  • Support store openings and key retail events on-site as required; manage logistics and installation supervision.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, maintaining playbooks and updating VM toolkits and templates.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management capability within luxury retail, store planning or visual merchandising environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
