Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with global brand teams and market teams to support implementation of international strategies and drive business growth
  • Gather and synthesize consumer and retailer insights from market teams, funnelling strategic recommendations and learnings back to global brand leadership and across regional offices
  • Identify and bring new global opportunities and expansion strategies to market teams, partnering with Dr. Barbara Sturm leadership on worldwide expansion initiatives
  • Assess new market opportunities, evaluate growth plans, and support distribution expansion efforts across regions
  • Cascade global marketing plans to local marketing teams with emphasis on key product launches and seasonal initiatives

  • Review and optimize local activation plans with focus on flagship initiatives and brand-building priorities
  • Brief global brand teams on market-specific requirements, including campaign assets, visual materials, and new product development needs
  • Collaborate with market teams and the Global Store Design and Visual Merchandising function on permanent retail builds and temporary concept development
  • Communicate brand vision across cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of go-to-market plans and strategic priorities
  • Ensure commercially effective and relevant product assortment across all markets and channels
  • Maintain coherent and consistent omnichannel consumer experiences across all regions and customer touchpoints
  • Partner with global and local teams to forecast stock requirements and manage excess inventory optimization
  • Work with Global Demand and Supply Planning teams to support market requests and develop exclusive market SKUs
  • Support broader Business Development initiatives across pricing strategy, assortment planning, visibility management and analytics
  • Review global CPS (Cost Per Sale) demand by initiative in partnership with Global Demand Planning and Business Analysis teams

Qualifications

  • Background in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries in a comparable marketing or business development role
  • Demonstrated operational marketing expertise
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and formulate commercial recommendations
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation competencies
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including presentation capabilities to diverse stakeholder groups
