Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute industrial logistics strategy for the Alcalá de Henares site, aligning warehouse, transport and inbound/outbound flows with corporate supply-chain objectives.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment and materials handling to ensure on-time service and accurate stock records.
- Coordinate inbound raw materials and finished-goods movements with suppliers, 3PL partners and internal production planners.
- Oversee transport planning and carrier performance, negotiating service levels, rates and KPIs with external partners.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean principles) to reduce lead times, costs and waste across logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to industrial logistics activities.
- Prepare and monitor logistics budgets, performance dashboards and operational KPIs; report results to regional supply-chain leadership.
- Manage, coach and develop a multidisciplinary logistics team; set objectives and ensure adherence to Puig quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical capability and experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering operational performance improvements.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to work on-site at a production/logistics facility.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in industrial or distribution logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; experience in FMCG, beauty, fashion or manufacturing environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
