Role & Responsibilities
- Drive targeted acquisition of new members into the invite-only Privé programme, identifying and unlocking new pockets of wealth across key markets
- Own the full Privé client lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding through to long-term retention, ensuring every touchpoint reflects brand excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIC clients and market partners, acting as the trusted face of the programme
- Oversee the end-to-end Privé client journey, ensuring consistency, personalisation and excellence across all interactions
- Lead the CRM communications strategy for the VIC segment, curating relevant, timely and elevated messaging that drives engagement and loyalty
- Analyse client behaviour, purchase patterns and engagement metrics to identify high-value prospects and inform segmentation strategies
- Conceptualise, curate and execute high-impact events and activations to drive ongoing client engagement globally
- Host and attend client events, dinners and brand moments, sometimes alongside the Founder, acting as a polished brand representative
- Own the programme budget, managing spend across events, gifting and partnerships with rigour and reporting ROI against KPIs
- Identify, develop and manage brand partnerships that add value to the Privé proposition and open doors to new affluent audiences
- Proactively seek and seize incremental revenue opportunities through strategic client engagement
- Partner with the Business Development team to align Privé strategy with commercial pipeline and co-create revenue growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Report to the SVP of Marketing with regular data-led updates on programme performance, client insights and budget tracking
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in VIC, Client Experience or Private Client roles within luxury beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated ability building and nurturing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs)
- Proven track record designing and delivering luxury events and activations from concept through execution
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate client relationships into measurable revenue outcomes
- Data literacy and analytical confidence interpreting CRM data, client metrics and performance reporting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with both bespoke client communications and senior stakeholder presentations
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with teams such as CRM, Ecommerce, Business Development, Operations, Spa and Retail
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing junior team members
- Willingness to travel and attend evening and weekend events as required
- Genuine curiosity about science, skincare innovation and anti-inflammatory living with personal alignment to Dr. Barbara Sturm philosophy
