Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of consumer insight projects for fragrance and skincare brands, from brief development to delivery of actionable recommendations.
- Analyse quantitative datasets and consumer surveys to identify trends, segmentations and growth opportunities.
- Create dashboards and visual reports for regional and brand stakeholders using Excel and BI tools; maintain regular KPI tracking.
- Conduct qualitative research activities including interview moderation, focus group synthesis and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and commercial teams to translate insights into product, pricing and communication strategies.
- Prepare concise presentations and insight summaries for cross‑functional meetings and leadership reviews.
Qualifications
