Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of consumer insight projects for fragrance and skincare brands, from brief development to delivery of actionable recommendations.
  • Analyse quantitative datasets and consumer surveys to identify trends, segmentations and growth opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports for regional and brand stakeholders using Excel and BI tools; maintain regular KPI tracking.
  • Conduct qualitative research activities including interview moderation, focus group synthesis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and commercial teams to translate insights into product, pricing and communication strategies.
  • Prepare concise presentations and insight summaries for cross‑functional meetings and leadership reviews.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or equivalent in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience handling consumer datasets and survey results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear, executive‑level slide decks.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, fragrance and skincare categories and an appreciation of luxury brand positioning.
