Puig seeks a temporary Brand Ambassador in London for Kama Ayurveda & Dr. Barbara Sturm at Harvey Nichols — luxury beauty sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and embody the brand identity and values of Kama Ayurveda and Dr. Barbara Sturm within the Harvey Nichols environment.
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and product recommendations to a discerning luxury clientele, converting consultations into sales.
- Manage clienteling activities: build and maintain a book of clients, follow up on appointments, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maximising average transaction value and penetration of hero products.
- Ensure visual merchandising and display standards are maintained to brand guidelines; support stock replenishment and housekeeping of the counter.
- Support product launches, in-store events and promotional campaigns in coordination with retail management and brand teams.
- Operate POS and complete transactional administration accurately; adhere to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling premium skincare or beauty products in a department store or boutique environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to explain complex skincare protocols and ingredients in a clear, confidence-inspiring manner.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.
