Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Communications Manager in developing and executing integrated PR and communications strategies tailored to luxury skincare and wellness audiences.
- Manage day-to-day media relations: draft press materials, prepare media lists, distribute releases and maintain journalist and influencer relationships.
- Coordinate product launches, press events, media previews and experiential activations in London and for the UK market, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Produce and edit compelling copy for press releases, media kits, social assets, website copy and executive communications to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Monitor media coverage and social conversations; prepare regular reports and analysis to measure campaign impact and inform strategy.
- Oversee influencer and content creator collaborations, including briefing, negotiation, logistics and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, education and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely communications.
- Manage PR budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and budgetary control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in PR or communications, ideally within beauty, luxury goods, skincare or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience handling UK media and influencer relations, with a demonstrable network of contacts in beauty and lifestyle press.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
