Role & Responsibilities
- Own and execute territory strategy to deliver and exceed sales targets across multi-door accounts and key markets
- Analyze key performance metrics (sell-through, rank, ATV, CRM insights) to identify opportunities and drive targeted action plans by door
- Build and implement localized strategies tailored to the New York, Connecticut, and Boston markets
- Oversee door productivity by ensuring optimal staffing mix, merchandising standards, and strategic activations to maximize performance
- Partner with retailers to execute high-impact events, masterclasses, and clienteling initiatives
- Manage budgets and allocate spend strategically to ensure strong ROI and alignment with company guidelines
- Deliver science-led training in partnership with the Education team to reinforce Dr. Barbara Sturm's clinical positioning
- Provide hands-on coaching to Beauty Advisors and skincare specialists to build selling confidence and product expertise
- Identify capability gaps and implement targeted professional development plans for retail teams
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing talent development to strengthen in-store performance and brand presence
- Lead high-touch events, clienteling moments, and brand experiences across key luxury markets
- Maintain best-in-class visual merchandising and counter standards aligned with brand guidelines and current campaigns
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Store Design teams to ensure counters reflect brand positioning
- Support store openings and key product launches with flawless execution
- Act as brand guardian in market, balancing sales imperatives with long-term brand equity
- Serve as the primary partner to store leadership, corporate stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing advisors and retail teams
- Proactively identify and address business needs across doors, from promotional planning to staffing support
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Education, and Visual Merchandising to drive aligned execution across the territory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience in prestige beauty or luxury sectors
- Strong clinical skincare knowledge with ability to translate ingredient-led storytelling into compelling sales narratives
- Proven experience managing multi-door, multi-state territories and driving results through events, education, and clienteling
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated comfort analyzing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion for luxury, client experience, and retail excellence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods as required
