Hotel Bel-Air seeks a Turndown Attendant to prepare guest rooms for the night, provide turndown service, replenish amenities and coordinate fulfilment of guest requests. The role requires flexibility for varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, and pays $31.92 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide turndown service for hotel guests, including changing linens in bathrooms, bedrooms and rollaway beds.
- Clean guest rooms in preparation for nightfall, including cleaning and replenishing amenities and supplies.
- Fulfil guest requests concerning linens, bedsheets, pillow and bed firmness, and special occasions; coordinate with other departments and personnel as needed.
- Work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet hotel business demands.
- Meet the role’s physical requirements, including walking and standing for up to 8 hours, bending, stooping and crouching, using hand, finger and wrist dexterity, and regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; requirements also include close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
