Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a flawless dining room, guide guests through the menu, take orders, and serve food, cocktails, and wine with precision and discretion.
- Respond to guest requests and participate in pre-shift briefings to support an exceptional guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs through bespoke menu guidance, seamless tableside service, and thoughtful attention to special occasions.
- Identify and promptly address service or dining-room issues, working with the team to maintain the highest standards.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the culinary program, menu, wine list, and cocktail list, presenting it confidently and with sophistication.
- Represent The Supper Club and The Beverly Hills Hotel with discretion, polish, and professionalism, upholding the principles, goals, and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
