Role & Responsibilities
- Create a memorable first and last impression by building personal relationships with guests and retaining knowledge of their preferences and visits.
- Anticipate guest needs, read the room, and discreetly relay relevant information to the appropriate team members.
- Greet, escort, and seat guests warmly and with poise, while maintaining privacy and exclusivity throughout the experience.
- Protect guest confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism and front-of-house presentation.
- Coordinate communication between guests, the floor, and the wider hotel team so service is aligned with the intimate, exclusive nature of The Supper Club.
- Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride and uphold the principles, goals, and policies of its Pledge.
- Work varying schedules, including holidays, to meet hotel business demands.
Qualifications
- Comfort communicating in English, the hotel's primary language.
