Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized bar experience to every guest with craft, confidence and discretion, while maintaining a safe and immaculate environment throughout the shift.
- Keep the bar area pristine and impeccably presented in accordance with food safety guidelines and local health department requirements.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and account for discrepancies in the final tally.
- Respond to guests’ discerning requests, including bespoke cocktails, rare spirits, dietary restrictions and special occasions, with deep knowledge and quiet professionalism.
- Report imperfections and blemishes around the hotel and work with other team members to correct them.
- Communicate seamlessly with the service team, management and the wider hotel team to align every aspect of the guest experience.
- Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride and uphold the principles, goals and policies of its Pledge.
- Work varying schedules, including holidays, to meet hotel business demands.
- Meet the role’s physical requirements, including standing and walking for up to 8 hours, bending, stooping and crouching, manual dexterity, regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and the specified visual abilities.
