Role & Responsibilities
- Provide spa treatments, including massages, beauty treatments, facials and nail polishing.
- Retail skincare products to guests and accurately complete consultation forms.
- Maintain high standards in the treatment room in accordance with spa standards.
- Handle guests’ special requests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods.
- Show intuition and empathy, particularly when guests are celebrating special occasions.
Qualifications
- ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, covering beauty treatments and massage, including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.
- Knowledge of treatments, contraindications and skincare retail sales is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills; English is the primary language used in the hotel.
- Immaculate personal grooming standards.
- A qualification in Reflexology is preferred.
