Dorchester Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist Intern for the Dior Spa at Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. The internship starts in mid-March 2027 and lasts up to six months, with a 35-hour workweek; an internship agreement is required. The intern welcomes spa, hotel, external and Fitness guests, manages calls and appointments, and supports treatment-room and herbal tea area organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the Dior Spa, show them to their seats and ensure their wellbeing throughout their visit.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Book appointments using Spasoft.
- Welcome hotel guests and external visitors.
- Welcome Fitness guests.
- Assist or cover for the housekeeper in organizing the treatment rooms and herbal tea area.
Qualifications
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Confident speaking in person and on the telephone, with clear and professional communication.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well organized, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate harmoniously.
- An interest in wellness, beauty and cosmetics.
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of and respect for luxury codes.
