Le Meurice, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Spa Receptionist Intern for a six-month internship starting 4 January 2027; an internship agreement is mandatory. The intern will manage telephone reception and appointments, advise guests on Valmont products, and coordinate with hotel teams to support consistent, tailored service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle telephone reception and appointment scheduling during working days.
- Advise clients on Valmont products according to their needs.
- Communicate with other departments and hotel teams to ensure a consistent level of service.
- Share information and complete training in the establishment’s and department’s working methods.
- Represent the hotel’s vision, values and culture in daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Le Meurice and Dorchester Collection.
- Get to know and understand guests, responding with care and situational awareness rather than relying solely on procedures.
- Provide tailored responses with flexibility and adaptability.
