Dorchester Collection is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for Coworth Park in Ascot. The role prepares dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, leads a kitchen section, contributes to menu planning, manages food and recipe costs, and develops team members.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including informal dining dishes.
- Supervise and lead the cooking personnel in the assigned section, alongside the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence.
- Participate in menu planning.
- Maintain budgeted food and recipe costs.
- Train and develop kitchen team members.
- Accommodate guests’ special requests with flexibility and creativity and address challenges that arise during the day.
- Deliver an excellent guest experience.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-service ethic.
- Comfort communicating in English, the hotel’s primary language.
