The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai seeks a Sales Manager, GCC & Government to build client relationships, grow hotel revenue and win market share across the assigned leisure segment. The role includes prospecting new clients, exceeding monthly appointment targets and developing existing accounts; it is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships within the assigned leisure segment to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Increase hotel production and revenue to meet and exceed annual budgets.
- Seek new clients within the defined leisure segment and meet or exceed monthly prospecting and appointment targets.
- Identify development opportunities among existing clients to increase market penetration and win market share.
Qualifications

- Demonstrate a talent for building positive business relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service ethic.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic is required; additional languages are highly valued.
