The Revenue Executive at The Lana Dubai drives commercial performance through revenue reporting, pricing and distribution management, data integrity, market analysis, and actionable recommendations for hotel teams. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc revenue reports across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa.
- Establish and maintain rate plans, packages, and offers across SynXis CRS, Opera Cloud, channel managers, GDS, and OTA extranets, ensuring accuracy and rate parity.
- Manage and implement changes to pricing, inventory, and restriction strategies.
- Audit distribution systems regularly and monitor daily rate parity across OTAs, metasearch, wholesalers, and the hotel’s website, resolving disparities with relevant partners.
- Maintain and action IDeaS G3 recommendations, flag anomalies, and ensure accurate system configuration and data feeds.
- Safeguard the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of data across commercial systems.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and executive summaries to improve business visibility and support the commercial team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand indicators to identify revenue opportunities.
- Support Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and Hotel Operations teams with actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
- Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the hotel.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Revenue Management or Distribution within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud, SynXis CRS, IDeaS G3, channel managers, GDS, and OTA extranets is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategy, market segmentation, and distribution channels.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage, analyze, and present data accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly in reporting and distribution management.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
