Dorchester Collection is seeking a Restaurant Service Intern for Le Dali at Le Meurice, supporting dining-room service and restaurant operations. This full-time, six-month internship starts as soon as possible and requires an internship agreement; compensation is 15% of the Social Security hourly ceiling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with restaurant setup and preparation for service.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and dining room to ensure smooth service.
- Set up and clean the service station.
- Organize cellar and storeroom orders and manage linen.
- Follow hygiene, safety and service standards, in accordance with Le Meurice Paris and Dorchester Collection requirements.
- Contribute to the development of consistent, benchmark-quality service.
- Provide dining-room service and help guests enjoy memorable experiences.
