Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain tabletop supplies and keep service stations clean and stocked with supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and ice.
- Clean and polish service supplies to support an excellent guest experience.
- Fulfil guest requests, including preparing coffee and iced tea, refilling water and assisting with special occasions.
- Identify and report imperfections and blemishes in the hotel, and work with other team members to address them.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain coordination.
- Meet the role’s physical requirements, including standing for more than eight hours, regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and performing the stated standing, walking, reaching, handling, speaking, hearing, tasting, smelling, stooping, kneeling, crouching and vision-related tasks.
