Le Meurice is seeking a Pastry Shop Sales Intern for the Cédric Grolet boutique in Paris. The six-month, full-time internship starts on 4 January 2027 and covers guest service and sales, boutique upkeep, cash handling, stock and order follow-up, and coordination with hotel teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized, high-quality service, product advice and sales assistance.
- Maintain boutique standards and ensure the shop is clean and well presented.
- Work as part of the team to contribute to the boutique’s qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Maintain the cash register, manage stock and monitor orders.
- Respond to guests’ specific requests and support special occasions.
- Communicate with other hotel departments and teams to ensure a consistent level of service.
- Share information and undertake training in the establishment’s and department’s working methods.
Qualifications
- An interest in luxury and gastronomy, communicated with warmth and strong customer-facing skills.
