Role & Responsibilities
- Manage room allocations and supervise the Front Desk day to day.
- Liaise with guests and fulfil requests, including room preferences and special occasions.
- Support the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
- Represent the hotel as an ambassador to guests, suppliers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate the hotel's values of personality, passion, respect, working together and creativity.
