Hotel Eden, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist and Esthetician to welcome Spa guests and deliver personalized treatments, product advice and sales in line with the hotel's standards. The role includes treatment-room preparation and coordination with the Spa team; it is a fixed-term contract under the CCNL Turismo AICA, level C2, with compensation of €25,234.58.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome Spa guests and provide professional, personalized service in line with the hotel's standards.
- Perform facial and body treatments, massages, wellness rituals and beauty treatments, including manicures and pedicures.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and products for their needs, and sell products.
- Prepare and tidy treatment rooms, ensuring that spaces, equipment and materials meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Work with the Spa team to coordinate appointments, manage guest requests and promote available services and products.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Availability to work shifts; proactive approach and ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Good aptitude for using computer systems.
- Required qualification: third-year specialization.
