Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of the Logo Shop by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality, including displaying and organizing products so guests can locate them easily.
- Respond to merchandise inquiries and fulfill special requests, including gift wrapping and mailing Logo Shop orders.
- Report imperfections and blemishes in the hotel and work with other teams to correct them.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
