Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and follow up on the training of new team members.
- Inspect rooms serviced by housekeepers and room attendants.
- Supervise and coordinate activities across the floor operations team.
- Organize task assignments for room attendants, housekeepers, porters, and supervisors according to occupancy forecasts.
- Maintain guest relations and monitor and improve service quality.
- Monitor rooms closely and follow up on every guest request.
- Communicate effectively with management, escalating any operational issues or guest complaints to the Rooms Division through the Hot software.
Qualifications
- Recognized for strong discipline and the ability to uphold standards.
- Holds a BTS in Hospitality or equivalent education at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level.
- Has experience in luxury hospitality as an experienced housekeeper or supervisor.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Has excellent communication skills and understands the importance of good customer service.
- Can communicate fluently in French and English.
